How to install
Install orban aac [setup_AAC_aacPlus_plugin_1_0_36] [Definitely works] [can't vouch for any future update]
Orban homepage to check for Update http://www.orban.com/plugin/
Install dBpoweramp-Codec-m4a then install dBpoweramp-Codec-aac-encoder
Copy NeroAacEnc to C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\encoder\AAC (Advanced Audio Compression)
You should now be able to Encode to Aac [raw] AAC (Advanced Audio Compression) m4a Nero (AAC) and m4a Apple Lossless
If you want to use m4a Nero (AAC) you will need to copy NeroAacEnc to C:\PrograFiles\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\encoder\m4a Nero (AAC)
ImgBurn should now be able to create .Cue from m4a Nero (AAC) & m4a Apple Lossless even Raw AAC
Package 1b [m4a utilities to move AAC in and out of the m4a container] [aac to m4a] [m4a optimise] [m4a to aac]

Install dBpoweramp-Codec-MonkeysAudio to be able to encode to .Ape
Install RadLightAPE_1.0.0.4 next so ImgBurn can parse (create .cue from .ape)
Install dBpoweramp-Codec-FLAC and dBpoweramp-Codec-OggVorbis to enable encoding to these formats in dBpoweramp
Install oggcodecs_0.71.0946 so ImgBurn can add/create .cue from .flac and .ogg

Mp3 Lame is included in dBpoweramp (30 day trial) and ImgBurn should handle this already

Did you get this error ?
You have not installed one of the directshow filters needed to add/create .cue from the extension your trying/using.
Get the latest Encoding codecs available for dBpoweramp @ http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm
Get the latest codec updates to Ape Ogg Flac etc @ http://www.free-codecs.com/
Don't go crazy and install everything just because you can, it can lead to filter corruption.
